The Company is committed to serve its members with an aim to achieve its organizational goal and for the welfare of its members, the Company has formulated the refund policy. All members are hereby informed that the condition with respect to the refund of the membership amount shall be governed according to the terms and conditions of the executed Vacation Purchase agreement only. If refund is approved by Maxx Resorts And Club, refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 business days.
